* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – they're not provided as part of the welcome amenities here.
* Your access to WaterColor's amenities and community pools is capped at four wristbands, one per guest – there's no flexibility beyond that allocation.
* There's parking for one vehicle on site. If you're travelling as a group with more than one car, you'll need to make alternative arrangements and comply with HOA parking regulations.
* During sea turtle nesting season – May through October – you'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and close your blinds to avoid disorienting hatchlings on the beach. It's a local requirement, and red-filtered torches are available nearby if you need light on the sand after dark.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
