* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home are not permitted to leave except for laundering.
* If you're planning to fish from the private dock or on the beach, you'll need a Florida fishing licence if you're aged between eleven and sixty-four, unless you're joining a fishing charter. Licences are available through Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* The home has unobstructed access to the lake, so children will need to be supervised at all times.
