The Citrus Coast

Perched in Seagrove Beach with the Gulf just steps away, this three-floor house is built for groups who want room to breathe and a view worth lingering over. The living and dining areas look straight out to the water, and the third-floor balcony is where you'll want to be come sunset. Outside, a private pool, spa, and grill make the backyard hard to leave – but when you do, Seaside's boutiques and restaurants are a short walk away, and five complimentary bikes are ready for the Timpoochee Trail.

Home truths:
* This is a three-storey home and you'll be using the stairs a lot – though the in-home elevator makes moving between floors much easier, particularly if you're travelling with young children or anyone with mobility needs.
* On-site parking fits four to five vehicles, but squeezing into the space can be tricky depending on the size of your cars.
* The loft sleeping area has a king and a twin mattress placed together side by side.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the 4th-floor crow's nest.
* While the fifth bedroom isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
* The fourth bedroom has a small single-over-queen bunk bed – we think the top bunk is best suited to a small child.
