Description Swing & Pines: Santa Rosa Beach

Tucked beneath a canopy of mature trees, this house earns its place on 30A through a combination of natural calm and resort access. The front porch catches the coastal breeze, while the covered back porch – complete with a bench swing – is built for slow evenings. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which makes a real difference for larger groups. Then there's the resort's beach club, with three pools, a grill, and a sunset bar where the sky puts on a nightly show over the water.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, and two will sleep on the daybed and pull-out single bed on the first-floor landing.
* Bath towels and linens must stay in the home, so you'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels for days at the water.
* This home is allotted ten wristbands for accessing the resort's pools and amenities.
* You can park up to two vehicles in the driveway – if your group is arriving in more than two cars, you'll need to make alternative arrangements nearby.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
