Description Swing Bed on 30A: Santa Rosa Beach

Tucked into a coastal community, this house is built for groups who want more than a place to sleep. Multiple porches – including one with a swing bed for slow mornings – look out over a park, while an outdoor fireplace and grilling area make evenings easy. A dedicated game room keeps everyone entertained when you're not exploring the neighbourhood by bike or low-speed vehicle. With full access to the resort beach club – three pools, a Gulf-view sunset bar, and a grill – the water is never far away.

Home truths:
* The home spreads across three floors, so you'll be covering a fair amount of stairs between the bunk rooms at the top and the main living areas and main suite at the bottom – worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
* You'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are not permitted to leave the home.
* This home is allotted twelve wristbands, which allow you to access the resort amenities and swimming pools.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
