Description Sunset from the Gulf: Santa Rosa Beach

From the rooftop deck, the Gulf appears above the treetops – a view worth climbing for, particularly at sunset. Down below, multiple porches and a garden patio create an easy rhythm of indoor-outdoor living, with a bed swing and barbecue grill on hand for long, unhurried days. The main suite feels more like a hotel retreat, with its own private porch, wet bar, and soaking tub. And when you're ready to leave the house, the beach club – with three pools, a grill, and a sunset bar right beside the Gulf – is part of the deal.

Home truths:
* You'll have two driveway spaces for parking – plan accordingly if your group is arriving in more than two vehicles.
* Beach towels and pool towels are not provided – you'll need to bring your own. Bath towels and linens are for use inside the home only and cannot be taken to the beach or pool.
* Between May and October, sea turtle nesting season is in full swing on the beach. You'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and keep blinds drawn on any Gulf-facing windows – this is both a local rule and a legal requirement under federal and state law.
