Deeded beach access sits directly across the street – a four-minute walk to Seagrove Beach's white sands and the emerald waters of 30A. Back at the house, the private pool and shaded terrace give you somewhere to decompress when you're done with the waves, while a screened porch handles the quieter moments. Gulf views open up from multiple levels, reaching their best at the fourth-floor observation tower. A six-seat low-speed vehicle and four bikes are included, making it easy to follow Scenic 30A to The Greenway Station's shops, restaurants, and bars.

Home truths:
* The golf cart and bikes are included in your stay, but you'll need to sign liability waivers and a damage agreement before using them.
* Beach towels are not provided – you'll want to pack your own, as bath towels and linens are not to be taken off the home's premises.
* This is a four-storey home, so you'll be using the stairs regularly to move between the bedrooms, living spaces, and the rooftop observation tower.
