On the fourth floor of a Gulf-front building along Scenic Highway 30A, this apartment puts the emerald water right in front of you – from the living room windows, from the covered balcony, from almost every angle. Sunsets here need no effort to find. A private boardwalk leads straight to the sugar-white sands of Seagrove Beach, and back on-site there are two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a sauna, and a barbecue area to keep the days full. It's a low-friction base for exploring the beach communities strung along 30A.
