One block from the sugar-white sands of Dune Allen Beach, this house is built for groups who want room to breathe. Covered porches wrap across all three levels, catching Gulf views on clear afternoons, while the private backyard pool and fire pit make it easy to stay put come evening. A six-passenger low-speed vehicle and five adult bikes come included – ideal for cruising Scenic Highway 30A, a nine-minute drive away, and discovering the coastal villages and dining spots strung along it.

Home truths:
* Wi-fi is strong on the first two floors but can be weaker on the top floor, where the loft and guest bedrooms are located – bear this in mind if you’re planning to work remotely or stream during your stay.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the loft, alongside two guests on the bunk bed.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels are provided but must stay in the home.
* If you're planning to fish during your stay, anyone over the age of ten needs a Florida state fishing licence – unless you're joining a chartered trip. Licences are available through Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation.
