A seasonal beach trolley runs to the shore, there are multiple access points across the dunes, and community pools and tennis courts mean there's rarely any reason to venture far. The covered balcony, accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom, catches the sea breezes perfectly – whether that's with morning coffee or sundowners. Even better, Seagrove's pastel cottages and boutique dining are close by for when you feel like an afternoon out.

Home truths:
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
* At full occupancy, one guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, and one guest will sleep on a pull-out bed in the bunk room. However, be aware that all ten guests will share two bathrooms here.
* You can bring up to two vehicles and park in any available public space next to the building. Note that the nearest beach access point has no car parking, so the beach trolley or a short walk are your best options for reaching the sand.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, picnic areas, charcoal grills, a playground, and a seasonal beach trolley here. They're shared with the resort's other residents. You'll need electronic wristbands to access these – they'll be hanging on hooks at the entrance of this home.
* The wi-fi can be temperamental here. It might be worth bringing a personal hotspot device with you if you know you'll need to access the internet.
