Few houses on 30A are set up this well for a large group. The Seaside town centre is a two-minute walk from the front door, the nearest beach access down Dogwood Street is a six-minute walk, and seven bikes plus a six-passenger vehicle make it easy to range further – including onto the Timpoochee Trail, a fifteen-minute walk away. Back at the house, the screened porch overlooks the private pool, a fire pit draws everyone outside after dark, and a third-floor game room with a pool table and vintage arcade games gives the evenings somewhere else to go.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on the sofa beds in the thid-floor living area.
* Bedrooms six and seven each have a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people. We think these rooms work best for children.
* There is on-site parking for up to four vehicles in dedicated spaces – if your group is arriving in more than four cars, you'll need to make alternative arrangements.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
