Eastern Lake Public Beach Access is half a mile away, and there's a restaurant directly across the road when you'd rather someone else do the cooking. Back at the house, a private pool with sun loungers and an alfresco dining area makes it easy to spend entire afternoons outside, while the large covered porch with its propane grill extends things further. Four complimentary bikes mean the wider 30A communities are yours to explore at your own pace.

* The home sits directly on Scenic Highway 30A, so you'll have easy access to everything along the strip – though expect a steady flow of passing traffic outside.
* You'll have driveway parking for up to four vehicles under the house.
* The route to Eastern Lake Public Beach Access requires walking through the lake itself, which can be difficult – particularly when carrying chairs, umbrellas, or travelling with young children or older guests. You may find it easier to reach other beaches by bike.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on trundle beds – we think this arrangement is better suited for children.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
