Description Saltwater Social: Santa Rosa Beach

A five-minute walk from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, this four-level house in Seagrove Beach is built for groups who want more than a place to sleep. The oversized heated saltwater pool has a swim-up bar and sitting spa at its centre, while a rooftop patio and multiple balconies offer long views along the coast. Inside, soaring ceilings and shiplap walls keep things bright, and a game room with a pool table and wet bar gives everyone somewhere to land come evening. Eight bikes and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle make exploring easy.
