Good morning, sunshine. This contemporary four-level beach home sits right on the shores of Seagrove Beach, complete with a private dune walkover leading directly to the sand. With such easy beach access, mornings feel wonderfully unhurried here, while en-suites for every bedroom help make group stays that little bit smoother. There’s also an internal lift for easy access across all four floors, while a six-passenger golf cart and six adult bikes make exploring Seagrove and the nearby 30A trail system easy. If the pool is more your pace, the rooftop terrace overlooks the Gulf and is set up perfectly for lazy swims, evening barbecues, and sunset drinks.

Home truths:
*Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, at a ratio of four minors to one adult aged twenty five or over, with the adult staying on-site at all times.
*There’s an internal lift between each floor of the home, which may suit those with reduced mobility.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*You’ll have access to a six-seater golf cart and six adult bicycles during your stay.
*You’ll need to bring your own beach or pool towels, as the home’s towels aren’t permitted to be taken outside.
*There's free parking for up to three cars here.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*While there’s a pool alarm in place here, children will need to be supervised around the swimming pool at all times.
