Description Porchside Perch: Santa Rosa Beach

Tucked among mature trees in a coastal community, this house captures the easy rhythm of Florida's 30A coast. The screened porch with its bed swing is the kind of spot that swallows whole afternoons, and the barbecue and outdoor seating make alfresco evenings simple. Beyond the house, the beach club, resort-style pools, coastal dune lakes, and nature trails are all included – and with a six-passenger low-speed vehicle and three bikes on hand, you can cover the whole community without ever reaching for your car keys.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two people will sleep in the double bed which sits in a second-floor hallway rather than a dedicated bedroom – worth factoring in if you're travelling with guests who value privacy.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens can't leave the home.
* You'll be allocated eight wristbands giving you access to the resort amenities and swimming pools.
* You'll have two dedicated parking spaces here – worth noting if your group is arriving in more than two vehicles.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
