Description Porch Light on Western Lake: Santa Rosa Beach

This Florida home boasts lake views from sprawling multi-level porches and an outdoor fireplace that earns its keep come evening. The carriage house adds a welcome layer of privacy for groups, while the games room keeps younger guests busy on rainy afternoons. Seven bikes and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle mean you can cover the neighbourhood without a second thought. When the beach calls, the beach club – three pools, a sunset bar, and Gulf views – is part of the package.

Home truths:
* The home comprises a main house and a separate one-bedroom carriage house.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.

* While the home can sleep up to twenty people, the maximum occupancy is fourteen guests.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
