* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the den on the ground floor, rather than in a dedicated bedroom.
* You'll need wristbands to access the resort amenities and pools – every guest aged five and over counts toward your wristband allocation, and this home is allotted twelve wristbands.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels — bath towels and linens from the home aren't permitted to leave the property.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
