Tucked into a community along 30A, this house is made for families who want to slow down and spread out. Two screened porches catch the Florida air at any hour, and the backyard fire pit gives the evenings a natural rhythm. A six-seater low-speed vehicle and four adult bikes mean the surrounding nature trails are easy to explore, while a communal pool, spa, and playground are a five-minute walk from the front door. San Juan Beach is a short drive away when the pull of the Gulf gets too strong to ignore.

* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* Beach and pool towels aren't provided here – you'll want to pack your own, as bath towels aren't permitted to leave the home.
