Pine Trails & Porchlight

Close to woodlands, this Florida home trades beach-strip bustle for something quieter – pine trees, bike trails, and a pace that slows you down naturally. Screened porches face the treeline on both floors, and evenings out there with the sound system humming feel easy. Four bikes make it simple to explore the community's trails, and beach access to 30A's sugar-sand shores is included. We think this home works just as well for a multigenerational family as it does for a group of friends.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on two single beds and two pull-out single beds in the additional sleeping area – we think this might be best suited to children.
* The only full bathrooms here are the en-suites off the four bedrooms. While guests staying in the additional sleeping area have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use one of the en-suites for showering.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* You'll need to pack your own beach and pool towels – they're not provided here.
* If you'd like to rent a low-speed vehicle to get around, your host's community has a designated rental provider and a cap of eighty vehicles at any one time, with only one cart permitted per home – it's first come, first served, so book early if this is part of your plan.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
