Palms over Grayton

Tucked into a forest-like coastal setting bordering Grayton Beach State Park, this house trades the beachfront bustle for something quieter – though the Gulf of Mexico is only a ten-minute walk away via the community boardwalk. Rocking chairs on multiple covered balconies invite you to settle in with a sweet tea, while coffered ceilings and a screened porch make the interior just as easy to linger in. A six-passenger low-speed vehicle and bikes are included for cruising around the resort, and two community pools, plus tennis and pickleball courts, round out the picture for families.

Home truths:
* You'll have access to the on-site community pools, tennis court, and pickleball court here. They're shared with the building's other residents. No rentals or lessons are provided for the sports courts, so you'll need to bring your own gear with you.
* One of the two community pools is heated, but only between 15th November to 2nd December, 16th December to 6th January, and 4th March to 20th May. Outside those dates, both pools are unheated.
* Beach access requires crossing West County Highway 30A – you'll need to factor that road crossing into every trip to the Gulf with little ones or loaded beach bags.
* There's free parking for up to two cars on the driveway. Please note that you do not have parking access inside the garage, as it's reserved for the community golf cart and property amenities.
* A six-passenger low-speed vehicle is included, along with four complimentary adult bikes – making it easy to get around and explore the area.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
