Tucked into the heart of WaterColor, this house is built for a full Florida coast experience. Double-height ceilings give the living space real breathing room, while the screened porch lets you catch the pine-filtered breeze on warm evenings. A six-passenger low-speed vehicle and four bikes are included, so getting around feels effortless. Direct access to four community pools – including the Beach Club's Gulf-view pools and the Costa Chica sunset bar – keeps the days unhurried. Seaside, with its New Urbanist town square, is within easy reach, and the Emerald Coast beaches are never far.

* The fireplace is decorative during your stay – it's not available for guest use.
* WaterColor's pool and amenity access runs on a wristband system. Every guest aged five or older counts towards your allocation, and this home is allotted ten wristbands.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* One of the bedrooms has a double-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to four people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* A six-seater golf cart and six adult bikes are included in your stay.
