Evenings gather naturally around the fire pit or the barbecue, with the whole outdoor setup designed for groups who want to eat, play, and linger. A golf cart, four adult bikes, and a paddleboard come with the house – handy for beach runs or cruising out to explore Seaside's town square and the wider 30A coast.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on two bunk beds in the bunk area. This is located in an upstairs hallway so privacy is limited. We think the bunk area area might be best suited to children.
* There's free parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
