Tucked into the oaks and palmettos of Florida's 30A, this cottage earns its place through a rare mix of seclusion and access. A nearby boardwalk leads directly to the beach, and four complimentary bikes put the waterfront towns and coastline within easy reach for afternoon trips. Back home, the double-height living room with its vaulted ceilings and brick floor is built for lazy evenings, while a screened porch looks out over native woodland. An outdoor fireplace and barbecue round out the alfresco options. This is coastal living at its finest.

* You'll have access to the community's two swimming pools here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* Parking here is tight – the space comfortably fits one car, and squeezing in two or more vehicles is difficult. If you're travelling as a group with multiple cars, it's worth planning ahead.
* The home doesn't come stocked with beach gear – no towels, chairs, or umbrellas are provided. You'll need to bring your own or hire equipment locally.
* Your host provides four adult bikes to get around the community with ease.
* The nearest beach access, reached via the private boardwalk, will be closed from 5th January 2026 to 2nd February 2026 for repairs. During that period, the nearest alternative is the Ramgate beach access.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
