Tucked beneath a canopy of mature live oaks, this Panhandle cottage has a rhythm all its own. The wraparound second-floor porch is where mornings begin and evenings tend to linger – treetops in every direction, the coast close enough to feel. When you're ready to move, four bikes and a six-passenger GEM vehicle make it easy to explore the community, while beach club access means resort-style pools and white-sand Gulf Coast beaches are within easy reach. Rosemary Beach's boutiques and cobblestone streets are a twenty-seven-minute drive for a change of pace.

Home truths:
* The driveway technically has two spaces, but one is permanently occupied by the on-site golf cart – so in practice you'll only be able to park one vehicle here. If you're arriving with more than one car, you'll need to make alternative arrangements.
* Every guest aged five or older counts towards your wristband allocation for pool and amenity access. This home is allotted eleven wristbands, so factor that in when planning your group.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
