* If you'd like to rent a low-speed electric cart to get around, you'll need to book at a specific provider locally – only one cart per home is permitted, and availability is first-come, first-served across a community-wide cap of eighty vehicles.
* Each guest aged five or older counts toward the fourteen-wristband allocation for the Beach Club and community pool access – if you're travelling with older children, factor that into your group headcount when booking.
* The outdoor fireplace is available during the autumn and winter only.
