Along the coveted 30A coastline, this modern retreat stood out to us for both its location and well-thought-out design, with space for up to eighteen guests to spread out or come together beside the pool or around the fireplace. The layout works well for groups, too, with a dedicated bunk room that gives children their own space. From here, you’re looking out across the Gulf of Mexico and the dune waters of Eastern Lake, so nature is never far. For beach days, you’ll have access to a golf cart and bicycles for an easy trip to the coast, with the laid-back towns of 30A within easy reach.
