* This home comprises a main house and a two-bedroom carriage house.
* Bedroom two sleeps four people in a superking bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom five sleeps eight people in two double-over-double bunk beds. We think these rooms might be best suited to children.
* You'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are not permitted to leave the home.
* The fireplace in the home is not available for guest use – worth knowing if you're planning a cosy evening in.
* If you're planning an event, wedding, or celebration here, make sure you have written approval from your host before arrival – gatherings that exceed one and a half times the overnight occupancy also require prior written sign-off.
* The primary booker must be at least 25 years old. If you're travelling with guests under 25, you'll need one adult over 25 present for every four younger guests.
