Description Lookout on the Emerald Coast: Santa Rosa Beach

Tucked close to the beach, this house is built for large groups who want room to breathe without sacrificing togetherness. A private pool and outdoor summer kitchen anchor the back of the home, while multiple porches and balconies let you chase the shade or the sun across the day. The separate carriage house gives extended families or friend groups their own self-contained retreat. Seven complimentary bikes make it easy to explore the 30A corridor, and the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast are a short stroll from the door.

Home truths:
* The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has six bedrooms, and a separate one-bedroom carriage house.
* Your wristband allocation for the resort amenities and community pools is capped at fourteen bands – one per guest at maximum occupancy, so there's no flexibility to add day visitors to the community facilities.
* You'll have parking for two vehicles here – worth bearing in mind if your group is arriving in more than two cars, as additional street parking is not guaranteed.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
