Long Leaf

Tucked into a coastal community, this house is the kind of place where the pace slows naturally – three screened porches with porch swings, a dedicated cinema room, and a private carriage house for groups who want a little extra breathing room. Five bikes are included for riding the 30A trail, and access to the resort beach club brings Gulf-front pools, sun decks, and a sunset bar into the mix. Seaside's open-air market and dining are close by, and the Florida Panhandle's sugar-white dunes are there whenever you're ready for them.

Home truths:
* The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has four bedrooms, and a separate one-bedroom carriage house that also has an additional sofa bed.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home may not be taken to the beach or pool.
* The resort amenities run on a wristband system – everyone aged five and older counts toward your guest total, and this home is allotted twelve wristbands.
* You have two dedicated parking spaces, with additional community parking nearby – useful if your group is arriving in more than two vehicles.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
