Multiple covered porches wrapped in native landscaping give you somewhere to retreat from the afternoon sun, while five bikes mean you can range freely around the community without touching a car key. Two king primary suites – one with an attached nursery – make it a natural fit for families travelling with young children, and the fireplace gives the living room a different kind of warmth when cooler evenings roll in.

* This home comprises a main house and a self-contained carriage house with a king-size bed, double sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom.
* Bedroom four sleeps up to five people on a double-over-double bunk bed and a pull-out singe bed – we think this room is best suited to children.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* Bath towels must stay in the home – you'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels for days on the sand.
* You'll have covered parking for two vehicles here – if your group is arriving in more than two cars, you'll need to make alternative arrangements in line with HOA and community parking regulations.
* While the home can sleep up to fifteen people, the maximum occupancy is eleven guests.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
