Tucked along Scenic Highway 30A, this home is built for families who want room to spread out without sacrificing a good location. A six-passenger low-speed vehicle and four adult bikes are included, making it easy to explore the 30A coastal corridor at your own pace. When you'd rather stay close, the nearby beach club delivers three pools, Gulf views, a grill, and a sunset bar. Back at the house, the screened back porch and tree-shaded front porch give you two distinct spots to wind down after a day on the coast.

Home truths:
* Bedroom four has two single-over-double bunk beds, sleeping up to six people in total. We think this room works best for children. There's also a sleeping nook with a king-size bed that's best suited to younger guests.
* Beach towels and pool towels aren't provided, so remember to pack your own – bath towels and linens are for use in the home only and may not be taken to the beach.
* This home is allotted ten wristbands for using the resort amenities, including the shared pools.
* You'll have two dedicated parking spaces, with additional parking available in the community – handy given how useful a car is for reaching beaches and restaurants further along 30A.
* During sea turtle nesting season – from 1st May to 31st October – you'll need to keep porch and balcony lights off at night and close the blinds to avoid disorienting hatchlings making their way to the Gulf.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
