Gulf of Sunlight

Tall ceilings and wide windows pull the Florida light deep into this house, giving every room a brightness that makes the indoors feel as good as the out. When you want to be higher still, the third-floor tower offers panoramic views – a natural spot for evening drinks from the bar. Four bikes and a six-passenger vehicle mean the beach, nature trails, and coastal dune lakes are all within easy reach, and beach club access adds three pools and a Gulf-view sunset bar to the mix.

Home truths:
* Bedroom four has two single-over-double bunk beds which can sleep up to six people in total. We think this room is best suited to children.
* There's an additional sleeping area on the first floor with two single beds – this is a communal space rather than a dedicated bedroom.
* The beach is close, but you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home may not be taken out except for laundering.
* This home is allotted twelve wristbands for using the resort amenities and pools.
* You'll have two dedicated parking spaces, with additional community parking available nearby if you're arriving with more than one vehicle.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
