On the Emerald Coast of Florida's 30A, this house is built for families who want more than just a place to sleep. Start mornings on the screened front porch swing overlooking the pond, then load up the included six-seater golf cart and cruise down to the beach. A collection of cosy bedrooms only adds to the comfort, plus you'll have access to the community's shared swimming pool and other amenities. Four bikes make it easy to explore 30A's walking and cycling paths at your own pace, too.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the second living area.
* You'll have access to the on-site pool, playground, and more here. They're shared with the community's other residents.
* Beach towels aren't provided, so pack your own.
* The home has multiple flights of stairs between floors – something to factor in if you're travelling with young children or anyone with limited mobility.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use.
* Your host provides four adult bikes and a six-passenger low speed vehicle to get around the community with ease.
* Please note that the community's pool and other amenities will be closed for a major pool resurfacing project from 27th January to the end of February.
