* Parking for up to six vehicles is included, but no parking is permitted on the condo easement walkway along the side of the home.
* The beach is a seven-minute walk from the home. A parking lot at Eastern Lake Beach Access is also nearby if you'd rather drive. Do note that bath towels and linens are not to be taken from the home, so you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels.
* Just so you know, two of the bedrooms contain queen-over-queen and double-over-double bunk beds.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
