French Doors to the Gulf

Gulf views greet you the moment you step onto the upper-level balcony, where the emerald water stretches out beyond the dunes – and the beach itself is just a stone's throw away, via the dune walkover right outside the front door. Six complimentary bikes make it easy to explore the 30A corridor at your own pace, while access to a beach club – with three pools and a sunset bar – means there's plenty to come back to. Seaside's boutiques and food vendors are an eight-minute walk when you feel like venturing further.

Home truths:
* Two of the bedrooms each sleep four guests in a superking bed and a bunk bed. There is also another bunk bed in the bunk nook – we think this is best suited to children.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels are for indoor use only and may not be taken out to the beach or pool.
* During sea turtle nesting season – May through October – you're asked to turn off balcony and porch lights at night and keep the blinds drawn to avoid disorienting hatchlings on the beach below.
* While the home can sleep up to twelve people, the maximum occupancy is ten guests.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
