Tucked into a community on Florida's 30A coast, this house is built for families who want room to spread out without sacrificing the good stuff. A private heated pool sits at the centre of outdoor life, surrounded by lounge chairs and a covered dining porch for evening barbecues. Inside, four king suites across three levels give larger groups real breathing room, while a loft bunk room with a games table keeps younger guests entertained. Six bikes are included for rides to Seaside and Grayton Beach, and a beach club – with three pools and a sunset bar with Gulf views – is a short walk away.

Home truths:
* One of the bedrooms sleeps six guests in a double bed and four single beds – we think this room is best suited to children.
* As well as a private swimming pool, you'll have access to the on-site communal pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* Bath towels are provided but must stay at the home – you'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels.
* The main kitchen, dining room, and living area are on the second floor – worth keeping in mind if you're moving between floors for meals and relaxing.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* While the home can sleep up to sixteen people, the maximum occupancy is fourteen guests.
