Firelight on 30A

Tucked into a community along Florida's 30A corridor, this home is built for groups who want more than just a beach base. Three king suites offer real privacy for grown-ups, while a bunk room and additional sleeping area keep younger travellers happy. A screened porch off the main suite is ideal for quiet mornings, and an outdoor fireplace makes evenings worth lingering over. Beyond the front door, four bikes and a six-passenger vehicle are yours to explore the area, and access to a beach club – with three pools and a sunset bar overlooking the Gulf – rounds it all out.

Home truths:
* One of the bedrooms sleeps up to six people in a bunk bed and two double beds – we think this room might be best suited to children.
* While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the single bed and pull-out single bed in the upstairs living area, the maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools, pickleball courts, and tennis courts here. They're shared with the community's other guests.
* Bath towels must stay in the home – bring your own beach and pool towels for days on the sand.
* You'll have two dedicated parking spaces here.
* If you'd like to hire a golf cart to get around, you'll need to book through the community's designated provider. Only one cart is permitted per home and availability is first-come, first-served across a cap of eighty vehicles community-wide – so it's worth arranging early.
