Description Firelight in the Forest District: Santa Rosa Beach

Tucked into the quiet Forest District, this house is built for groups who want room to spread out and still come together. The heated pool and spa sit beneath a covered cabana with an outdoor fireplace alongside them, and a wraparound porch handles alfresco dinners when evenings cool down. Six king suites across the main house and a self-contained carriage house mean fourteen guests can share a roof without feeling crowded. Six adult bikes are included for riding the community's trails and dune lakes, and WaterColor Beach Club – with three pools, a sunset bar, and Gulf of Mexico views – is part of the deal.

Home truths:
* You'll be allocated fourteen wristbands for accessing the resort pools and other amenities, which are shared with the resort's other residents.
* Pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home can't be taken to the beach or pool.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
