Tucked among woodland trails, this home earns its place as a base for a full Florida 30A experience. Screened porches look out over the walking paths along the lake – perfect for slow mornings before the day begins. Four complimentary bikes make it easy to reach the resort clubhouse, where three pools and a sunset bar await. Back on home ground, a fire pit and propane grill on the porch keep evenings grounded in the kind of easy, unhurried company that beach holidays are for.

Home truths:
* You'll have access to the resort's beach club, swimming pools, scenic nature trails, and coastal dune lake here. They're shared with other guests. Every guest aged 5 and over will receive a wristband for community amenities and pools. This home is allotted twelve wristbands.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* The kids' loft is accessed via a spiral metal staircase, which can be audible when children go up and down. Its bathroom is on the second floor, so nighttime trips mean heading downstairs.
* You'll have two driveway parking spaces here, with additional parking available across the wider community.
* Beach and pool towels aren't provided, so be sure to pack your own.
* Your host provides four adult bikes here – ideal, as the beach isn't within walking distance.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
