Description Fern Park Mornings: Santa Rosa Beach

Tucked among the pines within a community, this home puts you steps from Wood Fern Park, the shared pool, and the playground – the kind of location that makes a family holiday feel effortless. Soaring ceilings and exposed beams give the interiors real warmth, while expansive screened and open porches invite slow mornings with park views drifting in. Three adult bikes are included, so exploring 30A without a car is easy. Access to the beach club means beach days are equally uncomplicated.

Home truths:
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* The beach here doesn't supply towels, so pack your own – bath towels from the home are not permitted to be taken off the premises.
* Golf cart rentals are limited to one cart per home and eighty carts community-wide on a first-come, first-served basis – if one is on your wish list, we recommend arranging it as early as possible.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
