Fern & Cypress

Tucked into WaterColor's Forest District, this house is built for the kind of trip where no one is ever short of something to do. Pecky cypress ceilings and wide-plank floors give the interiors a warm coastal character, while a private carriage house adds breathing room for larger groups. Outside, a private pool and spa overlook a serene pond, and six bikes plus a six-passenger vehicle make it easy to explore the wider community. WaterColor Beach Club – three pools, a gulf-view grill, and a sunset bar – is all part of the package too.

Home truths:
* You'll have on-site parking for two vehicles here, so if your group is arriving in more than two cars you'll need to make alternative arrangements for additional vehicles.
* Beach and pool towels aren't provided, so you'll want to pack your own – bath towels and linens are for in-home use only and can't be taken to the beach or pool.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* While the home can sleep up to twenty people, the maximum occupancy is sixteen guests.
* The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use – the outdoor fireplace is your go-to for evening gatherings.
* You’ll have access to the community amenities, including pools, parks, nature trails, the beach club, and more.
* A six-passenger low-speed vehicle and six bikes are included with your stay.
