Tucked into a coastal community along 30A, this Seagrove Beach house sits within one of the few neighbourhoods with deeded access to over a mile of uninterrupted shoreline – five beach access points, no parking headaches. Back at the house, a heated pool and spa anchor a generous backyard terrace, with a fire pit ready for evenings that linger. A golf cart and six bikes are included for exploring 30A's bike paths and beachside cafes, and a lift between floors makes moving around easy for families of all ages.

Home truths:
* We recommend hiring a car if you wish to explore the wider area. There's free parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
* The road leading to the home is currently under construction. It's a relative non-issue for most vehicles, but if you're driving a lowered car you may want to plan your route carefully.
* The included bikes are a brilliant way to explore 30A, but keep in mind that they must be locked whenever you leave them unattended.
* Ten beach towels are provided for the group. If your party needs more, you'll want to pack extras.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
