Home truths:
* Bedroom one has a single-over-double bunk bed, sleeping up the three people, while bedroom five has three double-over-double bunk beds, sleeping up to twelve people. We think both of these rooms are best suited to children.
* The beach is a two-minute drive rather than a short stroll – but the golf cart and bikes make getting there easy and fun, and you won't need to worry about parking.
* On-site parking covers three vehicles, including a covered carport – if your group is arriving in more than three cars, you'll need to plan ahead as additional parking isn't available on site.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
