* Two well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request.
* You'll have on-site parking for up to five vehicles – useful for a group this size arriving from different directions.
* The home spreads across three floors, so daily life – moving between bedrooms, the main living area, and the pool – involves a fair amount of stair use. Worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
* Two of the bedrooms have a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people each – we think these might be best suited to children.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Eight complimentary adult bikes are provided, making it easy to explore the resort.
