Dune Light on 30A

Sitting in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach on Florida's 30A, this house is built for large groups who want the Gulf front and centre. A screened porch and balcony face the water, and a private boardwalk leads to a dune lookout with sweeping coastal views – a quiet reward after a day on the sand, which is just a three-minute walk away. Five bikes are yours to borrow for riding Scenic Highway 30A, a legendary coastal route a fourteen-minute walk from the door, and a community heated pool is close by too.

Home truths:
* Bedroom six has two single-over-double bunk beds along with two additional pull-out trundle beds, sleeping up to eight people in total. We think this room might work best for children.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are for in-home use only and cannot be taken to the beach.
* You'll have access to the nearby community swimming pool here. It's shared with the community's other residents and heated in the spring and autumn.
* You'll have parking for three vehicles – useful to know when planning travel if your group is arriving in multiple cars.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
