Perched in the Gulf District, this condo puts you right on the edge of the dunes, with a balcony overlooking the Gulf where you can watch the sun drop into the water each evening. Below, a first-floor patio leads straight to a beach boardwalk, so the transition from inside to sand doesn't take long. Exclusive access to a beach club means three pools, a grill, and a sunset bar are yours to use. Three bikes are included for the short ride to Seaside or Grayton Beach when you're ready to explore.

* At full occupancy, four guests will sleep in the living area – two on the sofa bed and two on the pull-out bed.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* You'll need to pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels are for use inside the home and may not be taken to the beach or pool.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
