Sitting in the heart of a coastal community along Florida's 30A coast, this five-bedroom house is set up for groups who want to spread out without losing each other. Two primary suites – one on each floor – give grown-ups their own retreat, while a dedicated bunk room with an adjoining den keeps younger guests happily occupied. A four-passenger low-speed vehicle and three bikes mean you can cover the neighbourhood with ease, and the communal pool is a short walk away. Come evening, the screened porch and covered porch overlooking the green space are hard to leave.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, three guests will sleep in bedroom five – two in the bunk bed, and one on a pull-out trundle bed. We think this layout works best for children.
* You'll be allocated eleven wristbands during your stay, which allow access to the community pools and amenities.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
