Crow's Nest Seagrove

Set within a community just south of Scenic 30A, this beach home puts you three minutes on foot from a private beach boardwalk, with two community pools on hand and bikes included for exploring Seagrove Beach and beyond. Come evening, the rooftop crow's nest is where you'll want to be – elevated above the tree canopy with views out over the coast as the sun goes down. Greenway Station, with its dining, boutique shops, and coffee, is a short walk in the other direction, and the covered porches make it easy to settle in at any hour.

Home truths:
* One of the bedrooms sleeps four guests in a king-size bed and a bunk bed. We think this room is best suited to children or a family.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* You'll need to pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels from the home are not permitted outside except for laundering.
* Low-speed vehicle rentals are not permitted within the community, so if you were planning to hire a golf cart or similar, you'll want to reconsider that plan before arrival.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
