Set in the leafy calm of a 30A resort, this house is built for families who want space to spread out and plenty to do. Mornings are best claimed on the front porch overlooking the park, coffee in hand – evenings, meanwhile, draw you to the fenced backyard, where a covered porch and grill make alfresco dining easy. Four bikes and a six-passenger vehicle come with the house, so exploring the community costs nothing but time. Best of all, beach club access means three Gulf-view pools, chair service, and a sunset bar are yours for the duration.
