* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* Bedroom four has a double-over-double bunk bed along with an additional single bed, sleeping up five people in total. We think this bedroom works best for children.
* You'll have access to the nearby community pool here, which is located next door to the house. It's shared with other local residents.
* Parking here is driveway-only – street parking is strictly prohibited under neighbourhood regulations, so the number of vehicles you bring is limited to what fits on the driveway.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
